Job Description:

AI Product manager

As the AI Product Manager, you will be the driver of our 60-day launch plan. You will be responsible for translating Eve’s ambitious vision and AGI roadmap into a focused, achievable P0 product. You will define what success looks like, ruthlessly prioritize the work to get there, and ensure the entire team is aligned and executing effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch Scope & Prioritization: Define the precise P0 feature set required for a successful launch. Author detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for the initial capabilities of our core specialized agents (`Research`, `Communication`, `Task`), with clear success metrics (KPIs).
  • Roadmap & Execution: Own the product backlog and run the weekly sprint planning process. Make critical trade-off decisions to ensure the team remains focused on the 60-day goal, and clearly communicate status and risks to stakeholders.
  • User Feedback Loop: Manage the relationship with our Early Access Program partners. Systematically collect, synthesize, and translate their feedback into actionable insights and prioritized backlog items.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the central hub of communication between engineering, research, and leadership. Ensure the technical implementation is always aligned with the product goals and user needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of product management experience with a specific focus on AI/ML-powered or complex platform products. Must have shipped products from concept to launch and iteration.
  • Exceptional ability to deconstruct a massive vision (like AGI) into a tangible, executable 60-day launch plan. Must be an expert at ruthless prioritization and making data-informed trade-offs under pressure.
  • Deep technical literacy. While not a coder, they must be comfortable discussing model performance trade-offs, system architecture, and the nuances of agentic systems with engineers and researchers.
  • Strong user empathy and UX sensibilities. Must understand how to translate the power of a complex AI system into a simple, intuitive, and valuable user experience.
  • Experience running Early Access Programs (EAPs) or beta programs, with a proven ability to systematically gather, synthesize, and act on user feedback.
